My Journey: From Passion to Profession
Ever since I can remember, I’ve been fascinated by the connection between what we eat and how we feel. I’ve experienced firsthand through my own struggles with low energy and burnout, difficulty losing excess fat, and bouts anxiety just how dietary changes can transform health and vitality. This sparked a lifelong curiosity and led me to pursue a career in holistic nutrition.
My formal education and years of personal experience have equipped me with a deep understanding of the body’s nutritional needs and how different foods, as well as lifestyle choices can impact our health. But beyond the textbooks and certifications, my journey is deeply personal. I’ve experienced the benefits of holistic nutrition in my own life and witnessed its power in the lives of my family, friends, and clients.
