A 10-week natural nutrition and lifestyle support program guided by Lindsay Alderman, a Registered Holistic Nutritionist. This group-based program is designed help you stay consistent, energized, and on track all summer long!

This group-based program is designed to help you stay grounded in simple, realistic wellness habits throughout the summer months - without restriction, perfection, or missing out on the fun parts of life.

This is not about having the “perfect” routine.
This is about support, consistency, accountability, and continuing to take care of yourself while still fully enjoying your summer.

Most importantly, you won’t be doing it alone!
