A focused 5-week, one-on-one fat loss program designed to help you lose 5–15 pounds and step into summer with habits that actually stick.

You’ll work one-on-one with me as a Registered Holistic Nutritionist for five focused weeks. Together, we’ll create a clear path forward so you can feel leaner, stronger, more energized, and confident heading into summer — and stay that way.

How the program works…

Your journey begins with a comprehensive 90-minute one-on-one intake appointment where we look at the full picture of your health, lifestyle, habits, and goals.

This can take place:

  • in person at the SunCoast clinic

  • as a scheduled home visit (for those nearby)

  • via Zoom, FaceTime, or phone

After this session, I create your fully personalized nutrition and lifestyle protocol. Your 5-week Summer Set Up begins once you receive it.

From there, you’ll be guided step by step through a structured, supportive process designed to help you lose fat and build habits that last.

Payment plans are available if needed.

If you have extended health benefits through work, services with a Registered Holistic Nutritionist may be eligible for reimbursement depending on your plan.
